Executive Director
Donna Rainey
Donna Rainey serves as the Executive Director of Paws 4 Liberty, bringing years of dedication and leadership to the organization’s mission of empowering veterans through the life-changing partnership of service dogs.
She began her journey with Paws 4 Liberty in the kennels and advanced through several key roles — including Veterans Coordinator — before stepping into her current leadership position. Guided by integrity, compassion, and a deep personal connection to the veteran community through her husband, a United States Marine Corps veteran, and her father, a navy corpsman in Korea, Donna leads with purpose and heart.
Under her direction, Paws 4 Liberty continues to expand its reach and strengthen its commitment to transforming lives — one veteran and one service dog at a time.
